I left feeling rejuvenated. Heather is so warm and makes you feel really listened to. I have been visiting Heather after suffering a prolapsed disc in my lower back, which has led to severe sciatic pain in my lower leg and foot. She has really concentrated on these areas and I always feel the benefit after attending her clinic. I would highly recommend!

Oh my where do I start! I have been using Heather for several months. Heather is helping me with an old hamstring injury and higher proximal tendiopathy.

We have worked Through planned exercises which are reveiwed everytime I see Heether.

Heather has also helped with other aches and pains Like tennis elbow and a stiff neck and shoulders.

I would recommend Heather there is no hard sell to have more appointments and Heather is really lovely.   I always have enjoy my visits.

Went to see Heather with some discomfort in my shoulder. What a lovely lady who took time to listen and really understand the problem. Gave me a massage concentrating on the problem area, taped the muscles and followed up with an exercise plan. Would recommend and I will be returning.

So pleased to have found this little miracle worker. Love the care and attention Heather provides to really understand your needs and how she works with you, not only when you're there but also the plans she provides to allow the rehabilitation to continue between appointments. I am seeing Heather to sort out issues with my back and even after the first session, there was a marked improvement. What's great is that it's not a quick fix where the issue comes back a couple of days later, it stays away! I look forward each time to seeing Heather. Went to see Heather as I normally have aching muscles after working long hours, as usual Heather worked her magic and I felt so much better after, she always takes time to find out how I am feeling so she can tailor my treatment, I can highly recommend her.

I contacted heather at very short notice as I am pregnant and had a sleepless night with severe pain in my neck .... She got back to me very quickly and made time to see me that day 🙏  .. heather was very professional and friendly and made sure that my pain was completely alleviated before I left ! And I managed to sleep like a baby after with no pain ! Cannot recommend her enough !

I have been suffering with shoulder pain and reduced movement for a couple of years, and it has been getting steadily worse. The hospital consultant said that an operation is possible but they cannot guarantee the outcome.   After my first soft tissue therapy treatment with Heather Venables i was amazed at the change. I have experienced a significant reduction in pain, and greatly improved  mobility.  At the moment we have a monthly treatment plan.  I hope that this will improve the problem further.

I went to Heather on a recommendation for lower back and hip pain. She is so lovely and helpful. Gives great advice to help manage and improve your situation at home and also gives a great massage when you are there. Fab overall!
